3phase Terms and Conditions

The 3phase platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least 21 years of age and are located in the Philippines. By creating an account you confirm that you meet both of these requirements and that all information you provide during registration is accurate and up to date. Each person may hold only one account; duplicate accounts are not permitted and may be closed without notice. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential — do not share your password with any other person. Any activity that takes place under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised it. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact our support team immediately. 3phase reserves the right to verify your identity at any point and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

All transactions on 3phase are conducted exclusively in Philippine pesos (₱ PHP). Deposits must be made using payment methods currently accepted by the platform, as listed in the account dashboard at the time of transaction. 3phase does not accept cash deposits or payments made through third-party accounts that do not belong to the registered member. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible, subject to the platform's current processing timelines. The minimum and maximum transaction amounts applicable to your account tier are displayed within your account settings. Any transaction fees charged by your payment provider are your own responsibility and are separate from platform processing. 3phase reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal in accordance with applicable financial regulations.

All bets and lottery entries placed through the platform are final once confirmed by the system; you may not cancel or amend a submission after confirmation. Odds and prize structures displayed at the time of entry are the applicable rates for that transaction — odds may change before confirmation so always review the final screen before submitting. In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects bet settlement, 3phase reserves the right to void affected transactions and return stakes to member accounts. Lottery draw schedules and entry deadlines are published within the Lottery section; entries submitted after a draw closes will not be accepted for that round. Winnings are credited to your account balance after official results are confirmed and verified. Members found to be using automated tools, bots, or any form of software to gain an unfair advantage may have their bets voided and their account suspended. 3phase is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino members. You agree to use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes and not to engage in any conduct that is fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to other members or to the platform. Participation in the 3phase VIP Programme is subject to the tier eligibility criteria published on the VIP page, which may be updated from time to time at our discretion. VIP points are earned through qualifying activity on the Bet and Lottery sections and are credited to your account automatically following confirmation of each eligible transaction. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged outside the platform's designated reward mechanisms. 3phase reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, point accrual rates, and benefit structures with reasonable notice to members. Any rewards, bonuses, or benefits associated with your VIP tier are subject to applicable usage conditions that will be communicated within the platform at the time of issuance. If your account is suspended or closed for any reason, accrued points and pending rewards may be forfeited. 3phase's determination of VIP tier status and point balances is final.

3phase provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, 3phase shall not be liable for any loss of winnings, loss of data, or indirect damages arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or events outside our reasonable control. We take reasonable measures to maintain platform security, but we cannot guarantee that the platform will be entirely free from unauthorised access or malicious interference at all times. Members are responsible for ensuring that their own devices and internet connections are secure when accessing the platform. 3phase's total liability to any individual member in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of the account balance held at the time of that incident. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law. If you have a complaint about any aspect of the platform's operation, please contact our support team in the first instance.

3phase may update or revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in platform features, applicable regulations, or operational requirements. Continued use of the platform after any update has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
